Programs for Primary Schools
Our programs for primary schools are designed to foster children's developing skills and abilities, and provide knowledge and tools for children to employ throughout their journey in school.
We see and understand that school can sometimes be challenging for children in different ways. By providing a safe and comfortable space, we aim to help children build skills like mindfulness, emotion recognition and regulation, and the ability to access their place of calm.

In each session, we will move through playful movements and poses related to a specific theme that helps to build strength, flexibility, and positive connection to body movement. We will also learn and practice breathing techniques and relaxation tools that are calming, accessible, and easy!

Every child is encouraged to join in, express themselves, add ideas, and learn easy ways to find their place of peace & calm.
