Yoga Programs for Kinders

Our kindergarten program is inspired by a child's evolving imagination, wonder, independence, and curiosity.

We design each class to have a specific theme that makes learning and yoga fun, engaging, interactive, and inclusive. A combination of playful poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, allows children to develop strength, flexibility, and mindfulness skills that they can carry with them throughout their life.

Every child is encouraged to join in, express themselves, add ideas, and learn easy ways to find their place of peace & calm.

Sessions focus on:

- Fun body movement

- Building a positive relationship with body image

- Exploring new ideas & concepts

- Thinking & questions skills

- Teamwork

- Building gross & fine motor skills

- Simple breathing techniques

- Balance & hand-eye coordination

- Imaginative visualisations

- Expressing ideas

- Relaxation 

- Nervous system regulation

- Group learning, sharing, taking turns & interacting

- Storytelling & listening

 *Sessions are designed specifically for each age group at kindergartens & run for 30 minutes. Each weekly session offers new themes & teachings.
